Penna led No. 12 Rhodes to a series win against Hendrix. Overall, Penna went 5-for-10 with six RBI, two runs, two homeruns, and a walk. He also slugged 1.100 and was the key in game two's walk-off win. With Rhodes trailing 3-1 in the bottom of the ninth, Penna crushed a three-run walk-off homerun to give the Lynx a 4-3 victory.
Penna had a hit in each game and had two of the four hits against Hodgins on Sunday.
